Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. Master in Art Therapy from Florida State University. Provisional Registered Art Therapist. Bachelor in Fine Arts with a minor in Psychology.
As a passionate therapist, Allyanna is dedicated to providing tailored individual care across all age groups with a collaborative, strong therapeutic relationship. Her clinical experience spans a wide range of challenges, with a particular focus on adolescents and young adults facing issues such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, self-esteem, and emotion regulation difficulties. These challenges provided her with an integrative approach using evidence-based practices. Allyanna combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and art therapy techniques to ensure clients receive the most personalized care for their goals. She focuses on building up her client’s toolbox with various coping mechanisms, provides education on those skills, and encourages an environment to explore which skills work best. Allyanna believes by providing a space to give her clients the tools needed to reframe their way of thinking and behaving appropriately, they can build a positive relationship with their inner strength.
