Anna Gregorius works with children, adolescents, and young adults. She is committed to providing a safe, affirming space where young people feel supported and empowered. Anna emphasizes respectful, collaborative relationships and works to foster trust with each individual and family she serves.

Anna utilizes a collaborative, strengths-based approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions to support a range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism.  She tailors her work to meet each client’s unique developmental needs, helping them build emotional awareness, coping skills, and resilience.

Anna is also trained to administer the ADOS-2 assessment and has a strong passion for supporting families throughout the autism diagnostic process. She values providing clear guidance, compassion, and advocacy, helping families feel informed and supported every step of the way.
