Tiana MacClain
Administrative Assistant
Originally from Washington State, I moved to Florida with my family in May 2026 and am excited to call Florida home. I have two wonderful daughters, ages 11 and 17, who keep life full and meaningful.
I earned my Associate degree in Medical Office Administration with a focus on Medical Billing and Coding in 2021. My healthcare career began in Washington as a front-desk medical receptionist, where I developed a strong foundation in patient communication, organization, and care coordination. I later advanced into an administrative role in Value-Based Care Management, gaining additional experience supporting patients and navigating the healthcare system.
I have always been drawn to helping others, both professionally and in everyday life. I enjoy creating a welcoming and supportive experience for those I work with, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring that same spirit to my role at Adult & Child Mental Health Care.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places, meeting new people, spending time with my family, cooking, and creating and building things—especially furniture and home décor. I also enjoy the occasional PC gaming session with my husband.
