Ashley Cool, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Masters in Social Work from University of West Florida, Bachelors in Social Work with minors in psychology and child welfare from University of West Florida.

Ashley Cool works remotely with adolescents and adults of all ages. She is motivated to collaborate with her clients to find the root of what causes day-to-day stressors. She believes in  her clients ability to build strong foundations of healthy communication and coping, as well as, diving deep to process trauma and better understand interpersonal relationships. Ashley is passionate about empowering her clients to conquer the world around them. She is diligent about creating a safe and fun environment to tackle even the most vulnerable of struggles.

Ashley uses evidence-based practices and empathy to guide her work with clients. She has a client-directed approach and will work closely with her clients to create a unique plan of treatment to best meet their individual needs. She uses elements of Cognitive Behavior therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Mindfulness, and other interventions. She uses an eclectic approach and is constantly learning and growing in her profession to ensure the best quality care for each of her clients. Ashley is also comfortable and knowledgeable in working with LGBTQ+, woman’s issues, and neurodivergent clients, including OCD, ADHD, and Autism.
