Carly Snyder, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Master of Social Work from the University of West Florida and Bachelor of Art in English with a minor in Education from the University of Florida, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, active member of the National Association of Social Work.
Carly Snyder specializes in working with child, adolescent, and young adult victims of trauma. Carly has experience with crisis intervention, anger management, LGBTQ+ issues, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. Carly draws on experience as a trail guide for a therapeutic wilderness program, as well as five years counseling juvenile offenders and foster care youth.
Carly strives to instill confidence and self-efficacy through a person-centered approach. Carly’s therapeutic style is patient, genuine, and free of judgment. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy with an emphasis on mindfulness-based practices to assist her clients in holistic healing through integration of thoughts, emotions, and actions.
