Trained in EMDR Therapy, Certified Life Coach and Yoga Teacher, active member of National Association of Social Work and lifelong learner.
Elizabeth Longsworth specializes in couples and relational therapy, supporting individuals, couples, and families in strengthening connection, enhancing self-awareness, and navigating conflict. Her approach is relational, evidence-informed, and grounded in neuroscience, emphasizing attachment, differentiation, and family systems. She integrates trauma-informed practices using EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches, helping clients explore and heal the parts of themselves affected by past experiences. In therapy, Elizabeth guides clients to recognize patterns that limit growth and develop practical strategies for emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful relational change.
