Lauren Rivers, MSW

As a dedicated therapist, I am committed to providing compassionate and inclusive care to individuals across all age groups, including children, teens, and adults. With extensive experience working with diverse populations, I am proud to offer a welcoming and affirming space for all, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices, ensuring that each client receives the most effective and personalized care possible. Additionally, I assist with Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) evaluations across age groups, helping individuals and families better understand and navigate their unique experiences. I strive to create an environment where clients feel truly heard and seen, free from judgment, and empowered to explore their unique paths to healing and growth.
