Nidya Guitton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides counseling to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, relational, and life challenges. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-based Strategies, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Families Moving Forward (FMF). She also supports children and caregivers, including families navigating Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) and neurodivergency.

In addition to counseling, Nidya provides ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluations, including the ADOS-2. She takes a comprehensive and collaborative approach, working to understand each client’s unique strengths and individual needs. Her goal is to help clients and families gain a clearer understanding of their experiences and receive meaningful recommendations and support.

Nidya is fluent in both English and Spanish and strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients and families feel heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools to build meaningful and lasting change.
