A clinician will contact you in a timely manner to schedule your first appointment. If you have not heard from us in a few days, please free free to give us a call. You are very important to us.

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Medicaid and CHIPS recipients. Please contact our office to verify that your insurance is accepted.

Self-pay rates are available, please call us for more information or for a fee schedule for therapy services.

We do not prescribe medication; however, we will help you with a referral if a need is indicated.
